meine österreicher in düsseldorf

ein sonntag-nachmittag in johannesburg. der gärtner huscht durch den garten, meistens mit ein bis zwei kleinen kötern am bein, während er und blake alles so richten dass die kleinen mistviecher nicht alles umgraben und zuka..en.
ich unterhalte mich währenddessen gemütlich auf der terrasse mit meiner austrian connection in düsseldorf:
birgit, lorenz, roland und moritz quetschen sich für dieses legendäre foto vor die wunzige webcam ;o)

We had cocktails there as sundowners and enjoyed the great view over Johannesburg. There are so many trees in this town that you actually cant see the buildings. Thats why Joburg is often referred to as being the largest manmade forest in the world!

This is the smaller dog of the 2 and so well behaved. He looks like a milka cow in black and white and is just adorable!

i don't go in there for at least 3 weeks...

broadband in the bush

this minimum values are the maximum what you get out of a broadband connection here in the wild. i am using iburst, which is a quite decent wimax service and independend of whatever the south african telkom has to offer (dsl 1000, if you are prepared to wait 3 months to get your line activated).
p2p is restricted on our connection, but everything else works quite charming, including skype - proofed by the photographs in older blog-entries below...
